"I did a mini transcript
and an index. It is great! I am so happy.
I used to have to give my work to someone else to do
those things when I was on ADVO.
It comes out looking great! I've also used the ASCII
to diskette. TeLiTor is shaping up for sure. I like it.
And you knew, I would eventually, when you, so patiently
listened to me. Thanks for the encouragement.
And thanks so much for your immediate responses to questions.
I appreciate it very much. To use Telitor one has
to come up to speed with Windows and MS Word; two very
practical skills in modern society."

"When I finally had to surrender
my old computer with its DOS section and my friendly
AdvoCat program for a new computer which could never
house AdvoCat, I felt sick.
After AdvoCat "died,"
I took a vacation from court reporting and sent other
reporters to do the work I had once done.
Then I began to look for a new
software and heard of one that some reporters were able
to use. I leased it for approximately a thousand dollars,
and hoped to begin working again.
The program seemed so complicated
and, in my mind, unreasonable. I just couldn't seem
to learn the program so that it made any sense in my
mind. When I would go back to it, I couldn't remember
how to begin again.
Many times I would think, "If
only the authors of AdvoCat would do something new and
make it like Microsoft Word," and then I was jolted
back into my real world, stuck with a fairly expensive
leasing proposition for a software that was very difficult
to learn and, in my mind, "discombobulated."
One unsuspecting day (just a
few days ago), I began to read a plain little postcard
I had received in the mail, and I couldn't believe my
good fortune! To now be able to purchase TeLiTor and
have a court reporting software package based on Microsoft
Word, is the end of my nightmares and the dawning of
a dream!
Finally, common sense has returned
to the arena of court reporting software! .....one grateful
court reporter."
